What can you claim if you're self-employed?

  • The Self-employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) will support self-employed individuals (including members of partnerships) who have lost income due to coronavirus (COVID-19)


  • There is also Universal Credit.


  • Additionally, because of coronavirus (COVID-19), you can delay making your second tax payment on your account. If you choose to delay, you’ll have until 31 January 2021 to pay it.


Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme UPDATED

If you and your employer both agree, your employer might be able to keep you on the payroll if they’re unable to operate or have no work for you to do because of coronavirus (COVID-19). This is known as being ‘on furlough’.

Deferring VAT Payments
